Juanita’s Kitchen Mexican Mole Sauce — proudly made in Australia using authentic ingredients and traditional methods.

Our Molè is lovingly made from a traditional family recipe just like it would be cooked at home. We use a variety of chillies that are first toasted and then pureed, each spice is lovingly toasted and ground to maximise flavour and yes it has chocolate in it. We created this simmer sauce that you simply add chicken and serve with Mexican rice, refried beans and tortilla's or for a plant based option try cooking it with eggplant. 

This product can also be used as a dip/salsa straight from the jar!
