This is a mild salsa we made for the cafe to use for Enchiladas and people love it so much we had to jar it.
As with all of our products it can be used in multiple ways, traditionally for enchiladas but we also use it in our chilli bowl, on nachos or even as a soup base.
The chillies we use in this beauty are Anchos and Guajillos for their specific flavours, each chilli has been individually deseeded and deveined (by us) then toasted to bring out the flavours before cooking .
We use Australian tomatoes and no preservatives or additives, its also vegan, gluten free (no gluten at all in our kitchen) and no added sugar.
