With a passion for food and a desire to share a taste of West African style cuisine  with Melbourne, Le Baobab was born in 2006 with ready to eat food at various festivals and events . 

Our aim is to continuously provide, 
- The same amazing , traditional flavours and ingredient combinations ,
- Keep them as close to home cooking as they possibly can be, 
  and give them to you  in jars for you to take home and cook yourself !

The added bonus is that all our  products can be used in a variety of ways and we urge you to experiment and enjoy.
