Turning 50, I decided it was time to give myself a little TLC.
So putting this into action I began with making myself a smoothie every morning, but it took so much time measuring a little of each of these “healthy” ingredients into the smoothie and like most people in the mornings I am in a rush.
I needed to find a quicker option if I was going to stick with this, so I mixed and ground all these “good bits” together in advance and in the morning I just had to add 1 or 2 tablespoons of this mix, some fruit, nuts and milk and thats it!!
It really made a huge difference to my morning smoothie ritual and I am now sharing it, so you too have the time to give yourself a little TLC everyday.
Each ingredient has been carefully chosen by me for the taste combination as well as their individual widely documented health benefits. It is unsweetened and can be used in smoothies, sprinkled on your muesli or oats, or try adding it as a thickener to other recipes.
