Marinade for fish or seafood

For whole fish just spread a little over the outside and some on the inside cover

and place in the refrigerator for 1 hr before either barbequing or wrapping in foil and baking in the oven.

Marinade for meat.

Rub Noccas into lamb chops, steak or onto kebab meat before barbequing

Fry beef ribs in a little oil with some Noccas before slow cooking.

Marinade for tofu or vegetables.

Rub over cubed tofu, or sliced vegetables before stir-frying.

 

Try adding Noccas to any of your favourite recipes to spice them up a little.
