Mocha Chilli Bites

These little bites really satisfied all my cravings in one hit  so much so it was actually lucky that I had any left to photograph. One of my daughters recently referred to me as a mad scientist in the kitchen. 


2 to 3 tablespoons of TLC Mix

1 cup of Almonds

1 teaspoon of Cacao powder

1 tablespoon of Cacao nibs

1/2 cup of dates

1 teaspoon of freshly ground coffee beans

fresh or ground chilli to taste. 

a little strong black coffee if required. 



Roll into bite size balls and dust with cacao or coconut or a mix of both. ingredients bind together into a clump. If it seems a little dry and does not come together add a small amount of the coffee. Be careful not to add to much as it will be to sticky to work with.
