I love the refreshing "tanginess" of this one.
1 x tablespoon of TLC
1 x green apple chopped
1x kiwi fruit
grated rind of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup of cashews or walnuts
1 cup of green tea (can use almond milk if you like)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Ice if you like!
As usual just whizz everything together then sprinkle with a little extra grated lemon rind and enjoy.
