Noccas was the first of our product range and one that I use every day in my kitchen, whether I am cooking Mexican, Croatian or even asian food it seems to just add that something extra.
You can use it out of the jar as a condiment or any of the following ways as a dip.
1. Creamy Noccas Dip
Start with a small amount of Noccas maybe 1/2 teaspoon and simply mix with your favourite cream cheese, make sure you leave it sit for about 30 minutes (if you can) to let the flavours blend. Serve with water crackers and or crispy fresh vegetables.
2. Creamy Vegan Noccas Dip
Again just start with 1/2 teaspoon of Noccas you can always add more later. Mash 1 avocado with sour nut cream and stir in the Noccas. Let sit for 30 mins to allow the Noccas to do its bit. Add a little himalayan salt to taste and serve with water crackers and or crispy veggies.
3. Creamy Noccas Dip ultimate
This is probably my favourite for when I am allowing myself to have a little dairy.
Mash an avocado with 1/2 cup of Danish fetta (very soft and creamy) and 1/2 cup of greek yoghurt and add 1 teaspoon of Noccas.
Serve on everything, I mean it, its great on baked potatoes, sweet potato chips, biscuits, sour dough bread, salad, really... try it on everything! :)
