I just felt like something red today and l think its important to
"listen to your body".
I also wanted to experiment with the Hibiscus Tea
.... anyway this is the smoothie that happened.
oh and I don't add any sweetener but feel free to sweeten to your own liking with some rice malt syrup or an alternative.
1 cup of cold Hibiscus Tea
1/2 to 1 tablespoon TLC Mix
1/2 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries1 small red chilli (optional)
1 fresh pear
1/2 cup of almonds, cashews or walnuts ( I used a mix of all 3)
juice of 1/2 of a lime
Blend with some ice until smooth and enjoy!
